1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Norvia governing your access to and use of the platform, including all content, features, tools, and services made available through it. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

9.3 Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Norvia's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Norvia in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
